Who we are

This website
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and loads nothing from third parties. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested) to operate and protect the site.
Your account
When you sign up we hold your name and email address, the name of your organisation, and records of when you sign in and what changes you make in the console. We use them to provide the Service, secure your account, and contact you about it — including trial reminders and changes to these terms. Our lawful basis is the contract with your organisation and our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
Your network
To run your network the Service holds its configuration; the names, addresses and public keys of your sites and devices; health and performance measurements your sites report; and, for roaming clients, the device name, the person it belongs to, and security posture the apps report (such as operating system version). For this data we act as a processor on behalf of your organisation, which decides what is in it. We never receive your network traffic or any private key.
Email to us
Messages you send to our support or hello addresses are kept for a year so we can follow up, and then deleted.
Where it is held
The Service and its data run on Amazon Web Services in the London region (eu-west-2). Sign-in is provided by Amazon Cognito in the same region. When paid plans start, card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store full card details.
How long we keep it
- Account and network data: while your account is open, and deleted within 60 days of it closing.
- Service logs: 90 days.
- Support email: one year.
- Billing records: as long as UK tax law requires (currently six years).
Who else handles it
Amazon Web Services (hosting, sign-in and email) and, for billing, Stripe. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. We may disclose it where the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email support@weftnetworks.com. For data held on your organisation’s behalf, we will pass your request to your organisation. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
